This stuff is so simple I’m embarrassed to call it a recipe. And I can’t even really call it my own as there are numerous similar recipes out there. But it looks pretty and Christmassy and therefore included.
In a double boiler melt:
- 2 pounds white chocolate
- 1 tbsp parowax granules
When melted add:
- 1 cup dried cranberries (I used Terra Beata)
- 1 cup shelled pistachios (macadamia nuts are also great here and I’ve used in the past)
Pour onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and allow to fully set before breaking into pieces. See how easy that was?
